A Tech Village membership covers more than coworking. Members work alongside Launchpad's leadership team, plug into a curated community of Founders and tech operators, and get direct access to the programming, mentorship, and investor network that runs through the building every week.
  • Direct access to Launchpad leaders. Members work alongside the people running Incubator, Ignite, and Ignite Fund every day.
  • Full access to Flywheel amenities. Tech Village shares the Crescent One campus with Flywheel. Members get access to events, drinks, the gym, and shared spaces.

How Tech Village works

Tech Village is a real place with real history, a working community of operators, and the home base for everything Launchpad does in Greenville.
A Real Place
Inside the Hartness family's former Pepsi-Cola bottling plant at 25 Goldsmith Street. Six thousand square feet, lots of glass, lots of natural light. The conference room is rumored to be the lab where the current Pepsi recipe was invented. Tech Village shares the Crescent One campus with Flywheel.
A Working Community
Members are operating Founders and tech professionals who treat the place as a working base. Open 24/7 with free parking on site, the building stays useful whenever the work calls for it.
A Launchpad Headquarters
Tech Village is also where Launchpad runs Incubator Cohorts, Community events, and the Mentor and Partner network. Members work alongside Launchpad's leadership team every day.

Tech Village offers three membership tiers, each built around a different stage of working. Some members need a part-time base with a hot desk. Some need a permanent desk and daily access. Some need a private office with a door that locks. Prices are listed openly. Tier inclusions cover the basics members rely on every day, plus the cross-tier benefits already described above.
