- Fund administration, including subscription processing, capital calls, distributions, tax reporting, and LP communications, may be performed by third-party fund administrators under confidentiality and data protection obligations
- Investor information is retained for the duration of your investment and afterward as required by applicable laws, including securities, tax, and AML recordkeeping rules
- LP information may be shared with auditors, legal counsel, regulators, and successor fund administrators in the ordinary course of fund operations
