Founder and Company Information. For founders and portfolio companies, we may collect business plans, capitalization tables, intellectual property details, financial information, and other confidential company information.

Technical and Usage Information. IP addresses, device information, browser type, cookies, log data, and analytics data describing how you use our website and services.

Sensitive Personal Information. Under specific circumstances and with your explicit consent, we may collect data considered "sensitive" under applicable law, such as racial or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, or health information.

Affiliates and Subsidiaries. For purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Service Providers. Including payment processors, fund administrators, cap table platforms, accounting and legal advisors, KYC/AML providers, customer service platforms, and analytics providers, each operating under confidentiality and data protection obligations.

Partners and Mentors. Personal information may be shared with program partners, mentors, and ecosystem collaborators involved in delivering programs and services.

Investors and Co-Investors. For founders and portfolio companies, information may be shared with current or prospective investors, co-investors, and limited partners as part of fundraising or reporting activities.

Legal and Regulatory Authorities. As required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request.

Business Transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

SMS Communications. We do not sell or share mobile numbers, consent data, or SMS opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Mobile numbers are used only for messages you opted into (eligibility, scheduling, appointments). Message frequency may vary; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

We do not sell personal information.

5. Investor and Limited Partner Data

For individuals investing in Launchpad-affiliated funds:

  • Accredited investor verification, KYC, and AML information is collected and processed in accordance with applicable securities and financial regulations
  • Fund administration, including subscription processing, capital calls, distributions, tax reporting, and LP communications, may be performed by third-party fund administrators under confidentiality and data protection obligations
  • Investor information is retained for the duration of your investment and afterward as required by applicable laws, including securities, tax, and AML recordkeeping rules
  • LP information may be shared with auditors, legal counsel, regulators, and successor fund administrators in the ordinary course of fund operations

6. Cookies and Analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, analyze usage, and support marketing. Required cookies are necessary for core functionality. Optional cookies may be accepted or declined.

We may use third-party analytics providers (such as Google Analytics) and advertising platforms to understand how visitors use our site. These providers may collect information about your activity across websites.

We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

Retention periods vary based on data type and applicable law. Investor and tax-related records are retained as required by securities, tax, and AML laws.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Privacy of Minors

Our services are intended for individuals 14 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it. We comply with applicable provisions of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

For participants under 18, parental or legal guardian consent is required for program participation. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided information without consent should contact us at privacy@launchpadtv.com.

10. International Transfers

For users in the European Union, your information may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including to the United States, which may have different data protection laws. We use legal mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your information during such transfers.
